Busy Bank Holiday for Mechanical Movements

During the recent bank holiday weekend, our team were busy at a prominent technology centre in Reading, assisting the M&E contractor, Metropolitan.

Using our mobile tower crane to first remove an old 1-tonne AHU (Air Handling Unit) from the roof of the impressive Edwardian structure, we then carefully proceeded to lift and secure the new replacement unit in place.

Whilst on-site, we also moved our crane to an adjacent building, utilising it to lift out 5 ground-level condenser units which required removal.

Our programme was carefully coordinated to enable us to complete works within one day, which also benefited by the uncharacteristically sunny British bank holiday weather!
