Chiller Installation at Central Commercial Development

Mechanical Movements travelled to central London last weekend to complete a commercial chiller install at Saffron House, a 86,000sq ft office development located in Hatton Garden, Holborn.

Before installations could commence, our outstanding team were required to carefully strip out redundant chillers and steel work from the plant room.

Returning promptly to site the following day, we installed new steel work before utilising a mobile 100ton crane, to lift and install 5no 2500kg chillers, and 2no condensers into the roof level plant enclosure.

Our lifting experts did a fantastic job at ensuring all plant was lifted and installed correctly, whilst following correct health and safety precautions. Well done team!
