Condenser Install at Clerkenwell Close

Working for Office Fit Out and Refurbishment Contractor Parkeray, Mechanical Movements recently completed a complex contract lift within the Design Bridge offices, located at 17 Clerkenwell Close.

Having identified the restricted space on site, our knowledgeable team utilised a mobile Bocker crane, which is specifically designed for use in tight spaces, to lift 2no condensers, 14m high onto the roof level of the commercial property.

Each 370kg condenser was carefully lifted at an 18m radius, before being placed onto Big Foot support systems.

Due to the busy London location, cones and hazard tape were precisely placed around the working area by our conscientious operatives, who also marshalled the area throughout works to prevent any unauthorised personnel from entering the lifting area.
