Replanted and Ready for Spring

Last week, Mechanical Movements coordinated the return of 8 giant potted trees to their rightful place at the White City University campus, London. We had removed them for offsite storage in April 2020, as part of a nearby construction project on the site.

Our team picked up the trees, each 9ft tall and weighing 3500kg, from the storage area and delivered them using a low loader articulated lorry. To maintain a safe working environment, we created an exclusion zone around our working area. We then used our Hiab hydraulic loader crane, carefully lifting each of them into their positions outside the North Site building on Wood Lane, creating a decorative impact once again.

We were pleased to play our part in these ongoing local improvements, and happy to see these eye-catching natural beauties back where they belong.
