Transformer Installation at Dolphin House…

This week the Mechanical Movements team has been in Pimlico, London completing an installation at the residential apartment block – Dolphin House.

The installation involved lowering a 5-tonne transformer onto a platform in a basement switch room, accessed via a space-restricted lightwell.

Despite its complexity, our team successfully completed the tricky installation using our reliable HIAB lorry, manoeuvring the transformer safely into position.

We are set to return to the site this Sunday to install two more 7-tonne transformers in the lower basement car park plant rooms, marking the completion of this project.
