Successful AHU Installation at 100 New Bridge Street 🏢

Last week marked the beginning of AHU installations at 100 New Bridge Street, with Phase One now successfully completed. Using our 4m lifting platform, we accessed multiple floors to safely deliver and position the units.

The team transported both the platform and AHU sections to site, securely loading each unit onto the platform before lifting them to the required levels. Once in place, the platform was carefully manoeuvred into a temporary loading position, allowing the AHUs to be safely offloaded and transferred into their designated plantrooms.

To ensure safe working conditions, our expert team also installed fall arrest safety points. These allowed operatives to safely remove the K-Gard handrails and work on the leading edge while positioning the platform.

Each heat wheel section weighed approximately 1.5 tonnes and measured an impressive 3m tall by 2.4m wide – a true testament of the skill and precision of our installation and lifting teams.
