Delivering Goods to Google

Mechanical Movements began works in central London last week at the impressive Google UK Headquarters located in Pancras Square, Kings Cross.

Our experienced team have been carefully lifting and loading BAC water cooling towers and delivering these to the central London location. Prior to transportation, each tower was dismantled into 5 manageable sections, facilitating the transportation process.

With each tower weighing a substantial 15tonnes, we have utilised a combination of our sturdy artic lorry, 2 x 22tonne rigged lorries and a smaller 7.5tonne lorry to efficiently transport the equipment. Our dedicated operatives have been making the journey during the early hours of the morning to avoid disruption to the daily flow of traffic along the busy route.

Wide load permits were obtained prior to commencement as these were required for access to the Dartford tunnel and other restricted areas.

A total of 6 water cooling towers will be delivered and our outstanding operatives are working tirelessly to ensure all units are handed over to our client on time.
